The Carlton Hotel  is a boutique hotel full of history, inaugurated in 1906, it celebrates its 110th anniversary and has since its opening, welcome many celebrities.

The hotel has been recently renovated and since 2015, the restaurant l’Ardoise has reopened with the chef Anthony Macé in charge, previously chef at the l’Eléphant Blanc.

A cosy lounge & bar area welcomes you for a relaxing moment, after work for example.

The Carlton Hotel has a beautiful shady terrasse and is perfect to enjoy lunch or diner, all prepared with ingredients coming from local producers.
